Music Rituals
Traditions & Rituals I don’t really have any specific music traditions in my family or friend group, and there aren’t any songs that are always played at certain events. I’ve also never been to a wedding or a funeral, so I can’t really speak on the music for those. Plus, I switch up the artists I listen to all the time, so this blog entry is a bit tough since I don’t have many music rituals. But I will say there are some artists whose music is so versatile that it fits different moods and occasions. In that sense, I guess I have “ritual artists” rather than ritual songs. One artist I can always turn to in different settings is Mac Miller. Mac Miller is very diverse in his discography.
